You define the destination. Michael helps turn that destination into a practical strategy built around your circumstances, responsibilities, priorities, options, and tradeoffs.

EXECUTE AND REFINE
You take the actions. Results are reviewed against the strategy, circumstances are reassessed, and the plan is refined when the evidence says it should change.
A strategy that only works on paper is useless. It has to work in the life you actually have—not the life you wish you had. When reality changes, the strategy changes with it.
